This years Medica fair is seing the first joint booth of the inititiative “Labor der Zukunft”. From November 14 – 17 innovative core solutions of modern lab and medical technology are shown in Düsseldorf, Germany. Come and meet lab experts from Fraunhofer IBMT (St. Ingbert), special trailer company Bischoff+Scheck (Rheinmünster), workplace chair manufacturer Werksitz (Sand am Main), biobanking solution provider BioKryo (Sulzbach), automation solution provider Woll Maschinenbau (Saarbrücken) and electronics and chip specialist EBV Elektronik (Poing). Hall 7a booth B09.
KIST Europe is opening on July 24th a new biological safety laboratory at its facilities in Saarbrücken, Germany. The initiative “Labor der Zukunft” under the lead of Fraunhofer IBMT has designed and built the lab in close cooperation with the scientists at KIST tailored to their specific needs.
After 2011 the initiative “Labor der Zukunft” is continuing it’s presence at Brasil’s HOPITALAR. From May 22 – 25, 2012 the partners MT Promedt Consulting, Woll Automation and Fraunhofer IBMT are showcasing in São Paulo medical and lab technology made in “Germany’s Saarland”. The main focus is on innovative automation solutions and mobile laboratories.
The Initiative “Labor der Zukunft” is showing the latest developments March 13 – 16 on the Medtec fair in Stuttgart. Together with partners from Braunschweig University and Soventec, Fraunhofer IBMT is presenting in hall 6 at the joint booth 6211 of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft networking solutions for laboratories and instruments, lab automation tools and mobile laboratory solutions.
The Arab Health is Middle East’s leading healthcare exhibition. Centrally located in the center of the continents Asia, Africa and Europe, Dubai U.A.E. is an ideal location for this annual event. The project Labor der Zukunft is presented from January 23th to 26th in the framework of the German Pavilion and the joint exhibition of Germany’s Saarland. Mobile solutions as showcased by the current campaign of the mobile BSL3 laboratory unit in South Africa raise specifical interest.
Our logo has been registered as a German trademark November 11th, 2011. European and further foreign trademarks are pending.
The World Forum of Medicine is opening its doors in Düsseldorf, Germany from November 16 to 19. The initiative “Labor der Zukunft” is present in hall 10 at the joint booth of Fraunhofer-Society, in hall 3 at the booth of Germany’s Ministry for Science and Education and in hall 7a at the joint booth of Germany’s Saarland. Showcasing world’s first BSL3 laboratory on wheels and the respective campaign in South Africa, the strategic advantages of mobile solutions are demonstrated as a best practice.
At September 14, 2011 a new reference laboratory for marine biotechnology opens at the Campus Coquimbo of Univarsidad Catolica de Norte (UCN), Chile. UCN’s president Prof. Dr. Misael Camus, Fraunhofer IBMT’s vice director Prof. Dr. Heiko Zimmermann and UCN’s Dean of Marine Science Prof. Dr. Ernesto Cortés (first row from left to right) sign a contract for deepening of scientific collaboration between both institutions.
